Each of the Uzbek dishes has its own traditional rituals and ways of cooking, and in different parts of Uzbekistan the same food is prepared in completely different ways!

This crumbly Uzbek pilaf, gentle manta rays, fragrant samosa, fine horse meat sausage - kazi, succulent shourpa festive Naryn and everyday honum, stunningly delicious meat - Bukhara tandoor-kabob, juicy Tashkent kebabs, exotic Khorezm tuhum-hut is far from complete list! You are also waiting for workshops on cooking national dishes. Do not forget about the dessert - dozens of varieties of oriental sweets, sunny fruits, dried apricots, raisins and various types of nuts!

And in order to return every time to the generous Uzbek dastarkhan with a healthy appetite, we offer you a rich cultural program, during which you will get acquainted with the ancient history of Uzbekistan. The grand monuments of Samarkand, Bukhara, Shakhrisabz and Khiva still keep the memory of Tamerlane, Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan and numerous trade caravans of the Great Silk Road to this day.

Day-by-day program:

Day 1:

Arrival in Tashkent:

Arrival in Tashkent. Meeting at the airport. Transfer and accommodation at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. Starting a tour of Tashkent: Hast-Imam Square, Barak Khan Madras, Kafal al-Shashi Mazar Mausoleum. Lunch at the Plov Center, where you will taste Tashkent plov. After lunch, continue the tour of the city: Kukeldash Madrasa, the oldest bazaar of Tashkent - Chorsu, Museum of Applied Arts, Tashkent Metro. Dinner at the restaurant "Rayhan". Free time. Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 2:

Tashkent - Urgench – Khiva:

At 05:00 transfer to the airport for an early flight to Urgench HY 051 (07:25 08:55).

Arrival in Urgench at 08:55. Meeting at the airport of Urgench. Transfer to Khiva and hotel accommodation. Free time before lunch. Lunch master class on cooking gum (pies) in the national house "Zainab". After lunch. Start the tour around Khiva: Ichan-Kala (the inner city of Khiva), Kunya-Arc fortress, Islam Khoja minaret and minaret, Avesta museum. Dinner in the national house “Zerafshan” (main dishes: shurpa, Khiva pilaf and Khan's dish - tukhum-barrack). Night in Khiva.

Day 3:

Khiva:

Breakfast at the hotel. Continuation of the tour: Tash-Khauli Palace, Juma Mosque, minaret and Muhammad Amin-Khan madrasah, Pahlavan Mahmud complex. Departure to the Kharot ponds (main course - freshly caught fried fish). Return to Khiva. Free time. Dinner at the restaurant (main dish - Khorezm kebab). Night in Khiva.

Day 4:

Khiva – Bukhara:

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer through the famous Kyzyl Kum desert along the Amu Darya River. Lunch on the road. Arrival in Bukhara. Free time, visiting souvenir shops and workshops. Dinner at the restaurant “Old Bukhara” (main course - delicate beef according to the company's signature recipe). Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 5:

Bukhara:

Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion around Bukhara: Samanid mausoleum, Chashma Ayub tomb, Bolo-Hauz complex, ancient fortress Ark, Poi-Kalyan complex, Abdulaziz-Khan madrasah, Ulugbek madrasah. Lunch - tasting Bukhara pilaf at the “Rakhmon”. After lunch, visit the Labi-Hauz ensemble, Kukeldash madrasah, Nodir-Devon-Begim madrasa, trade domes. Tea in the tea house "Spices of the Silk Road" - tasting tea with a variety of spices and traditional Bukhara sweets. Folklore show in Nodir-Devon-Begim Madrasah. Dinner at the teahouse (main dishes: assorted dolma, Bukhara somsa). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6:

Bukhara - Shahrisabz - Samarkand:

Breakfast in the hotel. Moving to Shahrisabz. City tour: ruins of Ak-Saray Palace (14-15th centuries), Hazrat Imam, Dor-ut Tillavat (15-16th century), Makbarat Ulugbek Gumbazi-Seyidan, Kok Gumbaz Mosque (15th century), Jahongir Mausoleum, visiting artistic factory products "hujun". Lunch in the national house "Alisher". Transfer to Samarkand through a mountain pass (90 km). Accommodation at the hotel. Visit the winery them. Khovrenko - wine tasting. Dinner master-class on cooking manta in the national house at Shahnoza. Night in Samarkand.

Day 7:

Samarkand – Tashkent:

Breakfast at the hotel. Tour of Samarkand: Gur-Emir mausoleum - the tomb of the Great Tamerlane, Registan Square (Ulugbek Madras, Sher-Dor Madras, Tilla-Kari Madras) - the most famous square in Central Asia. Lunch in the center of the pilaf - tasting of the Samarkand pilaf. After lunch, visit the Bibi-Khanum Mosque, the architectural ensemble of Shahi Zinda, the Ulugbek Observatory. Departure from Samarkand on the high-speed firm train "Afrosiab". Arrival in Tashkent. Meeting at the train station. Transfer and accommodation at the hotel. Dinner in the restaurant "Karimek" (main dish - kebabs). Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 8:

Tashkent:

Breakfast at the hotel. Eviction from the hotel until 12:00. Free time without transport and excursion service. A visit to the bazaars, a walk through the city center is recommended. Transfer to the airport. Departure from Tashkent
